My experience with Shawn, technician #2839,was fantastic!! He had actually been to my house about a year ago for a different issue and I had an equally wonderful experience as well. My sump pump wasn't working and he showed up, we discussed several possible options to fix it, he worked to solve the problem, and even resealed the sump pit for me to ensure my radon system was functiong at its highest possible level. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him!

We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
