They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Online scheduling appointment was easy. The tecs were prompt and polite and wore shoe covers to protect my home. They removed the clog in my main drain and restored it to working order. I would use roto-rooter again for future needs. Thanks Chuck 2341 good job.

He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
