3/29/2018 - Had Brian tech #4755 come to the house to resolve a leak between sink tail pipe and P trap. It ended up there was also a leak in the pivot joint for the plunger in the bowl. Brian explained, in as much detail as I wanted, what he did. He also was respectful of the house and thorough in cleaning up trash. Another positive experience with Roto Rooter.1/4/2018 - Had Steve, tech #1188, come to my house to get the lid/cover back on sump pump. Again, he took the time to explain considerations for getting it back on, and functioning properly. He was respectful of my home and my curious dog. This was another very positive experience and if I ever need plumbing services again, I will ask for Steve to be the person Roto-Rooter sends.This one is from 3 months prior to one immediately above... Had Steve, tech # 1188, come out and replace clothes washer faucet. He took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and what was the best way to resolve it. He was very courteous, informative, respectful of my home. He also cleaned up the work area.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.
