The phone representative was friendly and answered several of my questions. She had a plumber to our house in Cincinnati within the hour. The technician was friendly and professional, giving us a straight forward explanation of the services he was able to provide for a fair fee. I was also able to use a $40 coupon I found on their website. The plumber did a good job rooting the drain, though we realized we would eventually have to replace the piping. Even so, I felt he did his job well and even gave us some tips on how to go about fixing the problem ourselves if we chose to do so.

He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
