I had the worst service ever and will never forget. I had a leaking toilet in my basement. The toilet was leaking from the base. A technician came to fix it but did something else and soon after he left it was still leaking. I called and another person came and was going to charge me again for something I already paid for. I explained to no avail. They stood me up all of Tuesday the next day and nobody showed up. I called the next day and even spoke to the manager who was not able tohelp. All they care about it's the money and not think about others. Wasted $200 and I wish I can have my money back or my leak be fixed because it's not fair.

He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
