Our A/C froze up with no cool air coming out our vents. Talked to Ryan and he had a tech out to inspect the next day. Josh came out and walked me through what could have caused the freeze up. With talking it over we decided to have the whole HVAC system replaced. They were able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. The new system was installed in one day and the house never felt better. Want to thank the team at Quality Comfort Home Service. Would highly recommend.

Super quick response time, very professional, we had a major septic issue that needed immediate attention and within a few hours after first phone conversation they were at my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me quote and the very next day just 24 hours after the call they were already breaking ground and before I even got home from work they had completed the entire job! I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
