Andrew is a true professional and takes customer service to the next level. I could immediately tell he is passionate about his work and ensuring the job is done right. He got us out of a major plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and can't thank him and roto rooter enough.

Service was promised in a 2 hour window on the phone and through an E-mail. When I called to see where they were. I was told service is in a 4 hour window. I called when they didn't meet the 4 hour window. Rotor-Rooter plumber finally arrived after almost 5 hours. The only saving grace was than the plumber (Leslie) did an excellent job. The stars are for Leslie.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
