(Writing this on my wife's account). Sump pump went out, so called to get a price quote. Steve (1188) arrived and was very professional. While he was there, I asked him several other questions and added a few more jobs to the quote. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I had, but the way Steve explained everything and how he hoped it would take as long as he quoted made me go with him. I also told him I thought I could do most the jobs myself, but wasn't 100% sure. I asked him if he would care if I watched and learned. He was completely open to that and as he did everything he explained what he did and why. Now, I feel I can easily replace a sump pump, replace an external water spigot and more... but glad I didn't have to learn on my own.Steve completed the job sooner than he had quoted as well, and the work quality was exceptional. Again, they are a little more expensive than other quotes, but Steve's efficiency and willingness to walk me through has resulted in a customer for life.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
