The problem was resolved, great job guys. The cost was a bit on the high side (plus $300.00).

Service was “okay”. Firstly, I requested to be texted and they didn’t text me but instead called me about 20 times. After calling back and again requesting a text if I don’t answer, again, nothing, just 10 more calls. Secondly, once the tech arrived he didn’t even look at our dishwater, just told us we needed a new one. My husband asked him if he could at least look at the pipes and see if he could find the clog. He found it and fixed the problem super fast, no new dishwasher needed. That was frustrating, but thankfully saved us several hundred dollars for a new one. I just ask that you do your job if we call for service. Not too hard. Overall they fixed our problem, but not happy about the way it all went down.

I was told it would be a week to come out and fix a leaking pipe. Unacceptable. I called Rods Home Service and he came out the same day. Fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
