Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
