Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. We have had Holtmeier Plumbing servicing our home for years. They are always professional and always have done a great job. Their quality of work is exceptional. They are very polite and on time. I would never go with anyone else. Their pricing is a very good rate. I have had them fixed pipe after pipe that has leaked in our basement. Andy has replaced faucets on the outside of the house. He has replaced our garbage disposal. They have replaced our water heater. All of which has been quality work. All of my neighbors use Holtmeier plumbing and they love them. Do not go anywhere else, this is an excellent company. As the old saying goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! They are the best in the business.
