Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. They were friendly, knowledgeable regarding recommendations, and discussed all questions and concerns. They were very respectful and clean. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We have had Holtmeier Plumbing servicing our home for years. They are always professional and always have done a great job. Their quality of work is exceptional. They are very polite and on time. I would never go with anyone else. Their pricing is a very good rate. I have had them fixed pipe after pipe that has leaked in our basement. Andy has replaced faucets on the outside of the house. He has replaced our garbage disposal. They have replaced our water heater. All of which has been quality work. All of my neighbors use Holtmeier plumbing and they love them. Do not go anywhere else, this is an excellent company. As the old saying goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! They are the best in the business.

I called at 8:00 am about a leak we had. They were there at 10:00 and done and everything fixed by 12:00. I really liked that they gave me an estimate and options prior to starting the job. Once they finished they went over everything with me. What really impressed me is that he realized water potential got into the wiring of the water heater and if left sitting could have damaged or shorted it out. He opened that to verify and so I could get it dried out.
