Two of my toilets were having issues. One would not refill and the other was not fully secured to the ground. I called Roto-Rooter and they were here within the hour. David my technician was great he fixed both problems for me even doing some custom work to fit my needs. Very nice person great customer service and great work. Happy with my choice in Roto-Rooter. Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
