They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. Mike of Blue Planet plumbing has been an absolute ACE! Both times I’ve called he has made it out for inspection/estimate within an hour or two. The quality is great, the pricing is fair and he takes the time to explain the job.

He's a genuinely caring and very patient owner/operator who truly takes the time to finish a project, even when it takes longer than anticipated. In my case, this meant he spent an extra hour of his unpaid time to call plumbing supply stores all over SD until he located my hard to find piece.
