I can’t believe how good Blue Planet Drains and Plumbing is, especially Mikey Cueva! This guy was amazing. So knowledgeable and so good at his job. They were able to fit me in on very short notice and on a Saturday. And this was after I had a different plumbing company was out the day before (they were unable to fix my problem). But Mikey was very methodical and made logical decisions needed to fix my plumbing problem. I will use this company and Mikey in particular any and every time I have a plumbing issue.

We'd been having issues with the plumbing in our house off and on for months (slow draining tub/sink, flooding in the garage from the washing machine not draining properly, rotten egg smell from some of the drains - no fun!). I called around to a number of local companies to get info about their availability and pricing. Speedi Rooter was by far the most responsive and professional. They were the only company that actually connected me with a service tech over the phone before the appointment so that I could get a better idea of what we were up against (all the others would only let me talk with a dispatcher and said we'd have to wait until the service techs were here to talk with them). Efran and Pauly arrived on time for our appointment and were super friendly and professional. Efran was the one who'd already spent ~30min on the phone with me the week before so he reviewed everything we'd discussed via the phone with me and my boyfriend and we all figured out the best way to proceed. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
