I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

Omar arrived and got work right away. He fixed the 2 clogged drains in the master bath and all is working great. He was extremely clean and tidy of the work space and left the bathroom/work area clean and put back in order. Would use again.

Caesar was great, he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and most of all CLEAN!, He cleaned up everything, he left no mess and was very careful of any surroundings in the area in which he needed to work. From the first phone call I made to set the appointment to when they finished, window time given was spot on, the value was great for the service they provided, very punctual and the quality of work surpasses any other plumber I have ever used. They definitely earned my business and referral to anyone who asks for a plumber!

These guys from my initial phone call needing service were extremely courteous. The lady that first answered my call asked the same general questions as the first two places I called and then placed me on hold. I was on hold, maybe 30 to 45 seconds and she politely comes back on and asks if I would prefer her to call me back at the number I gave. Because she was trying to a time available for us but she didn’t want me unconvinced. She called me back within 15 mins for a next day (soonest available) appointment but the rates were the best so I took it. I got another call maybe two hours later and was asked if I wanted to be serviced same day due to cancellation and I jumped on it. (I didn’t even ask for that courtesy of being put on list) That was just there business. The men showed up on time, with a 20 min prior call notice, they were professional and knowledgeable about our old original pipes and shower, and were able to fix within an hour, while keeping us informed and asking and giving options(where they could). I TOTALLY recommend this place. They even cleaned up their mess and mess my hubby made when he originally tried to fix it😂

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
