They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a young man, Rob Altamirano out to our house. I want to tell you he was the best plumber we have had so far. Very nice, great manners and did a great job. we have had this problem for awhile, had a different plumbing group out that did not fix the problem, Rob took care of everything. Give that young man a raise. I will be using Bill Howe plumbing from now on and asking for Rob. Thank you!!!

Miguel is nice to talk to and very professional. He did a good job installing water softener and build a bypass valve for the whole system. He also took the time to drive to stores to get all the parts in order to get the job done. It's a good experience overall, would definitely recommend to others.

Ray from BPI plumbing, came to our house at 1:00 am in the morning!!!! We had a blockage that created a real homeowner nightmare.. Both bathroom toilets, shower and tub. He explained what he was going to do, gave us a quote and went right to work. Ray was friendly, honest and courteous. I would recommend Ray, he did a great job!!!

Terrific Work Chris Will Explain To You Want He’ll Do And Take Pictures …. The pipes that he changed were old iron cast pipes and replaced them with top of the line plastic pipes. He installed a new toilet 🚽 and he fixed the shower drain. I would recommend him to the people I know he does a very good job. And he cleans up after doing a great job. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
