Ray from BPI plumbing, came to our house at 1:00 am in the morning!!!! We had a blockage that created a real homeowner nightmare.. Both bathroom toilets, shower and tub. He explained what he was going to do, gave us a quote and went right to work. Ray was friendly, honest and courteous. I would recommend Ray, he did a great job!!!

Before calling, I had (3) plumbers come out to solve my problem but they were not able to take care of it. So, I called and spoke to Paulie, I was impressed by their knowledge and the turn around time to come out and take care of our problem. Once they arrived they had it fixed within 15-20 mins. Terrific Work Chris Will Explain To You Want He’ll Do And Take Pictures …. The pipes that he changed were old iron cast pipes and replaced them with top of the line plastic pipes. He installed a new toilet 🚽 and he fixed the shower drain. I would recommend him to the people I know he does a very good job. And he cleans up after doing a great job. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

These guys waited until the last minute and then came through with some crazy unit pricing that was unreasonable. The plumber who came out said he was doing the estimate but when I asked for detail he said the office wouldn't let him change it. No one in the office was available to speak to me. This was clearly a scam knowing that we had other contractors waiting on them to complete their work. I will never use these guys again!
