Mikey and the whole team saved the property I managed during a very stressful time dealing with a gas leak. They understood the severity and urgency of the situation and worked OT over the weekend to patch everything up, including drilling thru a concrete walkway and repaving. Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend. Arrived on schedule and provided me with a written estimate. They were able to start the job on the same day. I had an intrusion of tree roots in a fifty foot landscaping drain which was completely clogged from draining. Ricardo accessed the problem, walked me through the solution and provided me with an estimate.

Ricardo and Marco proceeded to clean out a 30 foot long root along with other rocks, dirt, etc which had settled in the drain. They both were extremely professional, friendly and experienced during the entire job. They explained the whole process from start to finish.

Bottom line is they provided the professional, excellent service I was looking for and I would use and refer Premier Rooter and Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing experience.

They sent me an estimate for re piping a garage water heater. The estimate had a total number with no details. (Later on I realize why). They did the job very quickly, but left 3 dry wall holes in the garage. I inquired why are those holes left there? Well, it was not under the initial estimate. I ask: when someone proposed a job to be done, means leave the property as it was before. Silence from the person on the phone!!! I felt decided and taking advantage. Now, I understand why the initial estimate was not detailed!!!!!

James has been the plumber on our property for 2 years. I highly recommend him for his knowledge of plumbing and problem-solving skills. He takes complicated jobs and simplifies them. The quality of the repairs has been good and he is easy to work with. He is also transparent and very honest, helpful and has reasonable, competitive plumbing prices. The complex he works at for me is a 309-unit condo complex and he performs common area repairs as well as work for individual owners. We have had good reviews as well from the individual owners.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
