Blue Planet had same day availability. They called me to let me know that the technician was on his way. Anthony showed up and did an excellent job at unclogging my main line. Nothing in the house could be used so it was very frustrating for a while. Anthony cleared it up and had sink, showers and toilets working again.
Also, they did not charge more than they had to. Great company!!!

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Found my water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. After much negotiation with others at home and working out plans and finances, I ended up making final arrangements at 9pm with Bill Howe. Micheal called me at 8am on Sunday morning and was at my house with a new water heater by 9:15am. Total pro and did excellent work. I am extremely happy with the result. Price is absolutely fair and came in under original quote. Updated us to a number of code items I wasn’t aware of, and did the removal and install in a speedy and clean process. No one wants to find their water heater flooding their garage, but this whole process went very smoothly. I like that the company texts you the name and contact info of the technician (along with a picture) ahead of time. Very professional and high quality. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice. He was a true professional from start of the project to finish. I am obsessed with my new sink and get so many compliments on it. I’ll definitely be calling Miguel back for future work I need done!

EXTREMELY impressed is an understatement!!!!! Efren was so communicative from the start to finish. He was open and honest from the beginning. Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. I find that very impressive- as most owners of companies tend to stay in their office and behind their desk. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom. Efren was patience, and so very kind answering all questions, and even suggesting things with integrity and honesty. Speedi Rooter did a beautiful job plumbing half of our house.
