Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

I will definitely use Level Up Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. The service was so professional and the customer service second to none! I have had bad experiences with plumbing company's in the past so I was a little apprehensive in the beginning but my concerns were quickly put to rest when I saw the level of professionalism I received from Miguel! You really can expect the highest level of service from Level Up Plumbing!

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Great service and higly recommended plumbing need.

Edgar was amazing. He had great communication setting up the repair, explaining what he would have to do prior to doing anything, and tips on moving forward after the repair. Loved that he communicated over phone and texts. Notified me when he was 30 minutes away, sent photos of the work before, after, and during.
I had called 3 other plumbers and he had given me the lowest quote and was the friendliest. Definitely recommend!

Let me just say that this guy was a life saver! We had our home warranty company send out THREE different plumbers we weren’t able to use our showers for almost a week so we had to go elsewhere to do that since NONE of them were able to help so our realtor helped us out and sent this company out. Our showers were clogged up and one said oh we have to tear down your wall, the other tried to ‘snake’ it said oh I can’t because your showers are back to back and the last one tried to snake it as well and said it was something else. This company came in and not even 15 minutes later he said all done your showers are draining now. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very quick response and reasonably priced. I called and spoke to Raul on a Sunday, and by Monday afternoon I had a new water heater installed and ready for use. Highly recommended!
