I’m definitely going to use them from now on for all my plumbing needs. They quoted me a lower price for the work needed by over 60 percent. The other plumber was trying to take advantage of the situation and tried to overplay the complexity of the work done. Bill Howe plumbing came 30 mins earlier and literary got the work done in 20 mins and charged me 20 percent less than what they originally quoted me.Strongly recommended this company over discount plumbing or any of those promoted companies on Google.

Miguel is nice to talk to and very professional. He did a good job installing water softener and build a bypass valve for the whole system. He also took the time to drive to stores to get all the parts in order to get the job done. It's a good experience overall, would definitely recommend to others.

I called Jacob and explained my situation, being out of state and having a leak in CA. He took down my information, went to the property and made the necessary repairs. He is extremely professional, prompt, and cares about his customers as if he’s repairing his own home. I would give him a perfect score and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Jacob is now my go to guy and a contact in my phone. I will NOT call anyone else but Jacob! He’s awesome!! Thank you Jacob.

We used ProMax Plumbing to replace our old 55g gas water heater with a new Navien tankless heater. They were fantastic from the moment they showed up to give us a quote until the project was completed. Daniel explained everything they would do during the installation and even did extra work that was not included in the other proposals we received. On top of that, the pricing was the lowest we received.

They were on time for both the quote and the install day. They were friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions, even after the project was completed. Just as importantly, the workmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. They will definitely be the first company we contact for any of our plumbing needs.

Fernando at Zoom is truly one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely cares. Prior to working with Zoom (in particular, Fernando), I had previously hired 2 other plumbers which honestly felt like scam artist and gave me inaccurate information. Fernando was the complete opposite. He was honest, reliable and very responsive.

Overall had a great experience with the John Padilla Plumbing team these past couple of months (mid May to mid June). From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to having technicians, Edgar Aguirre, Fernando Torres, Juan Navarro, Angel and Brandon Buss come to my residence from clearing out my clogged kitchen sink, hydro drain clean, tankless WH maintenance, to changing out a faucet all went well. They were all professional, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Have been and will continue to use them again!

Just bought a house and noticed water leaks. Caesar came out and started to see what was going on. This company served me on a Sunday with no up charge. It is a family owned business. The tech fixed the problem and even did further prevention methods for an extra few bucks. Caesar even walked through the house and I showed him my other concerns and he showed me what things I can do myself and what I shouldn’t. Caesar even put new threaded valves on my leaks so I can change them myself in the future. He even offered to hang my tv for a few bucks!!! Haha. Great service, very personable, and you pay per job rather than the hour. I’d use again 10/10
