They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

These guys are excellent! Always on time and professional . There have been 2 guys that have come in to help fix a root problem that I have ( roots growing around my sewage line ) and both gentlemen have been outstanding. I only remembered the name of 1; his name is Shane and I wanted to say how professional , kind and happy he was . He fixed our issue and was incredibly thorough. I could not ask for a better experience buying a new water heater. My previous water heater was almost 12 years old and showing signs that it was near the end of its life. Not only was the price the most affordable option that I saw, but I was able to easily schedule an installation within the week. My entire experience with Trusted Water Systems was positive. This is my first time using this company. I needed to have my tankless water heater flushed. As I called around most companies were charging $200 plus. Miguel said he would do it for $125 (that included tax) Vey happy with his punctuality, kindness and professionalism.

DR. HOUSE COMPANY took out a bathtub and put in a new one, retiled the walls and fixed the floor--because the floor had to be adjusted, which worked out fine. It was my first time using them and they were punctual, they cleaned up and they were friendly and quiet.
I would call them again simply because the experience was pretty easy. I interviewed a couple other people and DR. HOUSE COMPANY just seemed to know what they were doing. And the price was good and the work turned out fine.

Martin was great. I would highly recommend him as he knew his stuff and would not do things that weren't necessary. On top of that he has great prices. Thanks for fixing our blockage and installing our new faucet! Looks and works great.

My experience was very disappointing. My understanding was the estimate / determination of the Water Leak was free. Technician looked at the ceiling and all the interior walls, before he would look at the exterior wall, where we leak was coming from, he refused to proceed without $225.00. - how can you provide a FREE estimate if you are unsure of what needs to be done?
