They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Luis from Blue Planet plumbing came to fix a problem with my toilet. He took care of the problem and also put in a water filter in fridge. I am 77 and couldn’t do something that he did in about 5 minutes, no charge. They also put in my tankless water heater. Excellent service

Select source informed my wife and I that a technician would arrive between 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Miguel was promptly on time. During the installation process Miguel kept an open line of communication with us and was able to explain his whole installation process. After he was finished he walked both my wife and I through the process of flushing and maintaining our water softener and reversed osmosis system. We were fortunate to get somebody as knowledgeable and down to earth as Miguel as our installer. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

The team installed the new water heater very quickly. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises when the work was completed.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Best experience that I've had with a plumber so far. My mother was having problems with water leaks throughout the house. Victor showed up on time, was very professional and helpful in explaining the causes and what was needed. He provided us with a quote which was far better than the others we got in the area. Above and Beyond Plumbing are outstanding. I was alerted by text message when our plumber was in route to our house and the name of the plumber. Which is a great system. This way you know exactly who you will be dealing when they show up at your door. Jose was very professional and did an excellent job. We will most definitely be using Above and Beyond Plumbing again.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
