They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Bought new water heater and was installed incorrectly in 2015. Between 2015-2017, I had to call them to fix it. In 2017, they finally replace it. When that one breaks down, I no longer qualify for the warranty because they went by the 2015 date not the 2017 date. Getting punished for the technician who didn’t do the job right the first time ( their words not mine). Not only that, technician asked me to help him carry the old water heater and the new one which I just found out is not legal. Clown company!!!

Ruben was awesome!! He was very nice and did a great job. Very responsive and quick. I called with an emergency and they came within a few hours!!

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. We had Bill Howe technicians to help us in assessing property we expect to buy. One tech did a survey to detect any leaks in water lines under the slab and two other techs came to examine drain lines and inspect by camera the line that would accomodate a camera. All three techs were highly professional, efficient, thorough and personable. I got exactly what I needed and what I expected, and I am a delighted customer.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with a plumbing company. James is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable. He came out because my water heater was leaking and installed a brand new tankless and water filteration system. The finished product is like a piece of art. I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Go Plumbing has great customer service. I like that they reach out with estimated arrivals, warehouse info, etc. We had them repair a shower at the last minute and then fix a leaky toilet. Both jobs were handled by Miguel, who was friendly and professional. Jobs were well done and work site left completely clean. Go Plumbing is very easy to work with and is our go-to plumber!

Excellent service, Efren was great! Informative, on time and work quickly done. I am missing two parts from the shower wand, inadvertently taken. A gray ball which screws onto the shower extension and the locking mechanism to attach the wand. Left a message on the after hour service number.

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.
I highly recommend this company.
