My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. They replaced a leaking garbage disposal at my mom's house in National City. They were responsive and scheduled a time window for the following day. They texted us when they were on their way. It's only been a week or so since the installation, but we haven't had any problems. I would use their services again and have saved their information on my phone.
