The other plumber was trying to take advantage of the situation and tried to overplay the complexity of the work done. Bill Howe plumbing came 30 mins earlier and literary got the work done in 20 mins and charged me 20 percent less than what they originally quoted me.Strongly recommended this company over discount plumbing or any of those promoted companies on Google.

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

They come in faster than expected. Price was good. Technician was very polite. He even brought his own booties. Problem was fixed soon. Saved me a lot of headache.

Through Thumbtack I met and hired ADU Plumbing LLC. Miguel followed up persistently, which is fortunate because I had forgotten to follow up myself being so busy. Through text he checked in to see if I still needed it done. Gave me a very fair price that I think is less than others. I really like his professional communication. He told me what he was going to do, I was concerned about losing good water pressure, so we checked the pressure after install and made adjustments. Labor and parts ran $450 for a 1 inch gauge and took about 1 hour to install. He gave me a good price and I am glad that I got to work with him. Seems like a keeper. Thumbs up!

Quick resolution to my plumbing issue. Reasonable cost in comparison to other plumbers. Will definitely keep them in my contacts to use again.

Called Edgar on short notice (leaking water heater). He was booked for the day but said he’d come by at the end of the day to check it out. We talked and showed me the issue with our water heater. He gave a reasonable price that we agreed upon.

The next morning - Miguel showed up in the early half of the 30min window of arrival and completed the work in under 2hrs. He went over the work done, the water heater, and answered any questions I had. The work was very clean and tidy.

Edgar, the associate that accompanied him, and Miguel were very professional. They all wore masks and we’re socially distanced. This was our first time working with them (referred to by a close friend) and will be our go-to for plumbing. Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY impressed is an understatement!!!!! Efren was so communicative from the start to finish. He was open and honest from the beginning. Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. I find that very impressive- as most owners of companies tend to stay in their office and behind their desk. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom.
