Best Water/Flood Damage in Chula Vista CA

Work was completed on time and was well done. It would have been nice to receive an itemized bill at the time of service. Did not receive complete bill until one week later. The plumber was here for 1.5 hours. We were told the labor cost was $169 per hour. We had a water pressure regulator replaced for $350 with one hour of labor charged. We were charged $1200 for a comfort valve installation with labor cost of $269. We do not understand how an extra hour of labor was added to our bill.

From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools.
