They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Brandon was a great technician, very professional and personable, friendly and easy to work with. He was the technician that came to do our quote as well as the one to complete the job and he gave us an accurate and fair quote. He installed a water line for our fridge and ran the line from our sink which had to go through cabinetry and behind appliances. His work was neat and organized, well thought out and he completed the job in a little bit over an hour. Overall, we are very pleased with his service and would recommend Bill Howe Plumbing to anyone. Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed.
