Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

During site investigation, plumbers cut an enormous hole in the bathroom tile wainscot. The surrounding tiles were chipped and had to be replaced causing twice as much work. No care was taken to do this job carefully.

I am very pleased with the service I received! Mike came out as scheduled, took a look at the issue, advised what he could do to resolve it and quoted a price that was reasonable. We agreed to the work and Mike got started! Within an hour and a half, our clogged main pipe was running clear! Mike was a super professional and friendly guy! I highly recommend!

About May 3rd my house's sewer system had serious clogging issues.. I called Integrity and their man came out the same day. His cure was to use a hydrajet to clean out the entire system. Cost: Over $3,700.00. I was given a 6 month warranty.
Currently I have a totally clogged toilet and the adorning bathtub is also clogged. Over the last 30 hours I have called the man who did the work. I have called the office number twice and I have sent a text message to the company. There have been absolutely no response to any of my requests to call me. Go ahead, ask me if I'm upset. I will update this review if I ever get that call.
