BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Paul was amazing! He was ahead of schedule and contacted me to see about coming early which I really appreciated! He explained everything really well and didn’t talk over my head! He was truly very professional, friendly and I felt comfortable with everything about his visit! Definitely plan to call them when I need another job done!

Armando and his crew were AMAZING!!! We had major sewer repair work done and they were able to get the job done quickly, at a grate rate, and finished ON TIME.
