However Justin was prompt, professional, no upsell, and did great work. While I certainly hope I don’t need their services again in the future if I do there’s no doubt who I’ll call. I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

CLled the first time for a leaky shower. They answered on a weekend. Showed up promptly the next morning. Christian was my plumber. Got in. Solved the problem real fast. My shower was very old and he grabbed the parts and had me fixed in no time. A few days later. I needed services again. Owner of the company accepted my request. Sent over the man!! Christian himself. Una jammed a sewer leak. Bam!! These guys are awesome. I won’t mess with any other plumbers. Thank u guys at go plumbing and more!!

I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
