So glad we got a josh as our technician. Josh did an outstanding service on the dishwasher issue and a running commode. He was extremely professional, identified the issue with the dishwasher not draining properly, quickly replaced a gasket in the commode and listened to my concerns and was very respectful. BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Speedi Rooter Sewer and Drain were amazing and very helpful! Took my call on Sunday morning and scheduled me right away. Efren did an amazing job and also took the time to explain the water heater and some maintenance items I can do in the future to prolong the life of the heater. Highly recommend don’t cut corners go with the best. Honest work from an honest company.
