They were attentive, helpful and professional people. The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Diamond Ace Plumber do a pretty good job for the most part. They do have a few issues now and then but generally speaking they do alright and we're quite satisfied with the service they provide for us.

We are doing an extensive remodel to our house and needed a complete re-pipe including the main line back to the water meter. The crew came out and did the project in one day! They were professional and very good to work with.

This a follow-up review, Mario came out immediately I called because toilets, were backed up, on About 07/14/20 He came out quickly, ran snake pulled out handi wipes.
Did great job as usual. 🤛 And then a few days ago the toilet hissing called Mario
Again quickly repaired, installed new flush valve Manny honored warranty.

Mario and Manny did a Excellent Job I Still can't believe how fast they work, Installed main line 15 ft, 2 new toilets and kitchen faucet. On time , and Great prices, so Folks, this is just that Solid Plumbing, Honest as they come.
