Well we had an appointment today (12/22/19) between 11am to 1pm. Although, they called and said the guy was running late, he finally showed up after 3pm, and the price was way more than any of our neighbors paid to have their water heater replaced., which was within the past year. And, we all moved into our homes during the same year (12-2003) The guy kept saying this is a really old water heater (like we were not aware of that) what does that have to do with the price being way overpriced in my opinion, like he was justifying why it was going to be $2,800 or more. Well we will keep shopping around and have to go old school and boil water or going to a families house for showers. LOL

Miguel assisted installing new plumbing for a 500 Sf addition, assisted through permit, testing and inspection by City of Carlsbad. He also assisted with the installation of new fixtures, running new lines, repairs from construction damage, retrofitting and replacing old connections. He ran & rerouted a gas line as well for my fireplace. All work was pressure tested, leak tested and met code requirements. He had clear invoice processing and kept me informed and involved every step of the way. I’d recommend Miguel for any plumbing project! Also, did a ton of spec stuff and was very generous with his time.

Called frantically in a busted pipe emergency and 805 came to the rescue and SOON too! (in the middle of rush hour). Very competent and informative about warning signs in the future to prevent another corrosion issue. Knock on wood about plumbing problems but if I need to call anyone 805 is first on the list.

I called Californa Plumbing out this weekend for a major backup i had on my house, technition Devan did a through investiagtion of my sustem for me and told me my best option after getting my line usuable! Not only did he offer a hydro jetting service he showed me what the issue was before and after! Turns out i had a massive root intrusion in a section of pipe and he was able to give them a haircut to restore my system. I'll be using Devan for a replacment of my sewer line to fully fix this issue! Thanks again Devan! You are the best!
