Great company that hires great individuals. John was my repair man and he called and gave me a heads up on when he was showing up. He was very nice, approachable, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it which made plumbing seem very fun and enjoyable. He made quick work and cleaned up afterwards leaving my toilet and pipes looking brand new. I would definitely do business again with Bill Howe’s Plumbing and recommend John over and over.

I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice. He was a true professional from start of the project to finish. I am obsessed with my new sink and get so many compliments on it. I’ll definitely be calling Miguel back for future work I need done!

Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom.
