Don't waste your time calling this company. They don't know what customer service is, and they don't respect appointment times. I had their technician Nick scheduled to come from 12-2 and he called off work that day, so I got a call at 0930 saying they can't send anyone else. So of course i had to reschedule again and this time I asked for the 10-12 timeframe. Their manager, Luz, was so disrespectful that she kept talking while I was talking and she was being rude to me. I was trying to explain that Nick is already late for his appointment with me and that I had made plans after his time slot. And it was rude to make me wait more when he already missed his schedule!!!

This company is obviously unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Too bad Google advertised this company first on my search, I should've called another company. Not to mention that they were offering me a crappier faucet for $160 or $260, like seriously? I opted to go to Home Depot instead and grabbed myself a cheaper faucet for less than $100. Don't take their offer for replacement parts until you've looked around. I know they're out to make money but they're abusing their customers.

Speedi Rooter is exactly as advertised in their name. I called and they were here the same day and earlier than expected. Paul handled my issue professionally. He asked questions to diagnose my drain problem and find the best way to access and resolve the issue and was transparent and fair about the costs up front. This is the first time I have had to have a plumber come out to my home, so I am glad that I had a great experience doing business with Speedi Rooter. I know who to call when I need them and will be recommending their business to others.

Called Trusted Water Systems and talked to Jacob. My water heater started leaking the day before and needed to get a replacement. He was able to come out the same afternoon. Everything was straight forward starting from their website, knowing what you are paying for and what your are getting. He came and answered all my questions, what to and not to do, etc. The water heater looks great after about 2 hours of install and about 1 hour, full hot water! The experience was very straight forward, clear and great! Need a water heater? Call Jacob!

We had a terrible experience using ACE contractors. We needed to have our water heater replaced and the plumber they sent out was incompetent and negligent. During the repair the plumber said that he had to leave to get a part, and my wife went to check on the progress of the work. To her horror my wife discovered that something had gone terribly wrong with the replacement of the water heater, as the floor to our garage was flooded in water. The plumber had never notified us that our garage was flooded. Many items in our garage became water damaged as a result. Our pool table, a ping pong table top, a book shelf, numerous books including my wife's yearbook from high school, artwork that my daughter had made and various other items were all water damaged. Not only did this plumber not tell us about what he caused, he also never even apologized for causing so much damage to our stuff. Long story short, do not use ACE contractors!
