So glad we got a josh as our technician. Josh did an outstanding service on the dishwasher issue and a running commode. He was extremely professional, identified the issue with the dishwasher not draining properly, quickly replaced a gasket in the commode and listened to my concerns and was very respectful. By his quick work he showed he really knows what he is doing.Bill howe is lucky to have Josh as an employee. Josh was awesome :)

I got hit with a water bill of $800, i called True Value Plumbing and came out to do a full home plumbing inspection. They located a leak in the water main line in my front yard.
Cody and his team were fast and responsive to my calls and started working ASAP. They removed the top of my landscape carefully to re patch whenever work was done. Now it looks like there was no dig out. Team was efficient and clean.
I would highly recommend them.
And also my go to plumber now! 👍

I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. Would definitely use ARS again for ANY plumbing needs, especially for emergencies

I really don't like complaining about a small business - but these guys are horrible. There was a leak at the end of our street. They did the initial repair great, but then when it was found that there was a second leak....it took them another week or two to come back because they were too busy. Meanwhile, there is an open trench at the opening of our cul-de-sac street...so emergency vehicles, trash trucks, delivery trucks - any large standard truck cannot get through! We complained, and they put down plates for a whopping 3 days!

It has now been a month - they finally fixed the repair (two weeks ago) but they still haven't refilled the trench!!!! Again, we keep getting excuses of we're too busy or they will show up tomorrow - but they never do!

Charlie was the best he came the same day I called him my bathroom was backed up he did amazing.👏🏾

The installation team were incredibly professional, courteous, informative and flexible. When unforeseen issues arose, there was a no nonsense, no problem attitude which resulted in the technicians having to work a longer day than they had anticipated. Called Fuller from a recommendation and they performed great! Had to have my recessed hot & cold washer supply line valves replaced. From the initial phone call to the finish, they were very thorough with questions and the details in order to get the job done right. They were also able to do it within 48hrs and I didn’t have to wait for days and days. Shout out to their guy John who fix my valves. Not only did he do the washers valves but did another one in the garage and gave me info about my water regulator. The dude rocks!
