My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

Mike has been a life saver more than once! Last job he came to our rescue again! Our shower valve would not turn off so we had to have the water shut off of our entire home. We needed someone right away. Mike came and fixed our problem (replaced our cartridge) within 15-minutes and all was done! (We called another company for into and they wanted $2000+ tear out part of the wall and take up to 1/2 a day) Mike charged 10 x less!!!!! Up front-pricing, very honest and definitely knows his stuff. We will use no other plumber!

I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
