Well we had an appointment today (12/22/19) between 11am to 1pm. Although, they called and said the guy was running late, he finally showed up after 3pm, and the price was way more than any of our neighbors paid to have their water heater replaced., which was within the past year. And, we all moved into our homes during the same year (12-2003) The guy kept saying this is a really old water heater (like we were not aware of that) what does that have to do with the price being way overpriced in my opinion, like he was justifying why it was going to be $2,800 or more. Well we will keep shopping around and have to go old school and boil water or going to a families house for showers. LOL

My kitchen sink was stopped up. My appointment was at 11, or earlier if something became available. Josh arrived about 8:45 following a text he was on his way. Hooray!! Josh was perfectly pleasant and professional. He did a great job of snaking the drain, keeping everything neat. He made recommendations for preventing the nasty grease buildup in the future. Absolutely recommend him and Bill Howe Plumbing.

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

We recently had major plumbing issues in our home and we are very glad we came across this company! Omar and his crew handled our situation without any delays and got right to work. On time, very professional explained exactly what had to be done and most importantly very HONEST. Good job! Strongly recommend.

I sent a quote request on Yelp to plumbers in the Chula Vista area for a plumbing emergency. Edgar from Go Plumbing and More was one of the first respondents and assured me that a technician would be there the same day to evaluate of the problem. Within a few hours, Christian was at my home and pinpointed the leak in my sink. Upon request, Christian looked at the faucets and toilets in my home and found a few other issues in need of repair. The leak was resolved and repaired the same day and new fixtures were installed the following day. I was so pleased with Christian’s friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and promptness of service that I had him come out the following week to replace all the old angle stops in my home for peace of mind.

I cannot thank Edgar and Christian enough for being there for my plumbing emergency. At first I thought the price was a touch steep, but you get what you pay for. Chris was professional, friendly and very efficient. From calling him to my pipes being fixed was less than an hour.

R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.
