I called Blue planet to get my sink unclogged. They came and the guy (Mike) totally misdiagnosed the simple clog into a major problem. His attitude towards my reaction was very unprofessional and he even tried to charge me for the quote. He told me You have to pay me!!! I was shocked to see the lack of work ethic and the poor customer service he was delivering. I hope the owner of this company re-evaluates his employees and see the lack of professionalism they have. Total shame.

Scott identified the potential problem quickly and with the aid of their “smoke bombs” , which are effective. Took him less than an hour. We are happy to hire Bill Howe to do the repair work, especially because their quote was so reasonable!Scott and his partner Louie were excellent! They located the source of 2 leaks in 2 different bathrooms and made the repair the same day. Fast, efficient, professional, and respectful. I would hire Bill Howe again. It’s so nice to find a company that cares about their reputation and their clients.

I found Golden State thanks to a referral from Jeff with Green Plumbing. Marcus returned my call and was thankfully able to come out almost immediately. He was extremely polite, efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this plumber!! Oh, and the price was hundreds less than what I paid a competitor for a previous visit.
