They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Ruben my technician was extremely efficient. I called with an emergency at 6o’clock in the morning and they had somebody at my house within one hour. The entire job was diagnosed and fixed within 90 minutes. I really appreciate the help and direction i would recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. I really appreciated the help! Thanks, Jack!

Chris came at the exact time he said he would in his call to me half an hour before he arrived. He was professional, clean, friendly and got my sink fixed properly and thoroughly. My next plumbing job will be with Bill Howe plumbing and if Chris is available, that would be grand. Definitely 5 stars across the board!
