They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

He gave an accurate estimate for a Pentair Water Softener and installation. He showed up on time both to the estimate and installation. Kris and Joe did a great job installing my Pentair Water Softener. Christian was the plumber that came out to my home and he was courteous, showed up on time, and completed the job well and quickly. He cleared my shower drain and a sink drain, and also addressed a minor leak under my kitchen sink in about a half hour! I used this company once before a couple of years ago and service then was great too. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.
