They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Efren did an amazing job and also took the time to explain the water heater and some maintenance items I can do in the future to prolong the life of the heater.
