They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Came home yesterday afternoon to find water all over area around an obviously broken water heater. Called Bill Howe to try to get immediate help. Although it was already late in the day, they were able to schedule me. Allan Aguilar, whose normal work hours end at 5PM, nonetheless arrived and removed and replaced the water heater. Even though the process took a few hours, Allan persisted with professionalism and courtesy to complete the task. Due to Allan's diligence and work ethic, we had hot water restored that same evening. I could not be more pleased, and would recommend Bill Howe, and particularly Allan Aguilar for any plumbing needs.

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. He was extremely polite, efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this plumber!!
