Had water main service line to house replaced. BRIAN, who did the estimate and the work was just super. He was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work which is, unfortunately, so hard to find with many now a days. After talking with Brian for a few minutes I knew I was going to get a good job at a fair price so I didn't even try to get any more estimates. His work was excellent and thorough. If he is representative of all workers at this company I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Planet to anyone.

I was in a panic, my water softener machine was regenerating and didn’t stop so water kept cycling thru. I called Premier Rooter & plumbing sent out a plumber to check out and shut off the machine! I was worried about my water usage. Since my machine is under great warranty, all taken care of with the best service efficient, professional, kept me informed, and took care of my issue, I once again so happy! Miguel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his craft. He installed a reverse osmosis system for us and a garbage disposal unit. Not one person could get our plumbing under the kitchen sink right until he fixed it. He was beyond helpful with any information we needed to maintain the unit in the future.
