This is a great company. Prompt, eager, competitively priced. Already recommended to two of my neighbors and they were equally satisfied.

SDG&E closed my gas meter due to a leak .
I was like crazy looking for plumbers that could give me a good price but as well explain what was going on and what it would take to repair.
I had one company come by that for starters arrive late and gave me very little information of the problem, they just threw a number at me.
I decided to give another company the opportunity to give me an estimate This company charged me double of what the first company was charging me not only that but the estimator had horrible customer service.
My wife and I decided to look for a third company to give us an estimate as we were not satisfied with the last two .
The service was excellent from the moment we schedule the call .
The technician was here 15 minutes prior to the schedule time and he took the time to check the line and explain with detail the problem and what he had to do in order to repair the leak, not to mentioned the price was lower than the other two companies .
Without thinking about it twice we decided to go with Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing .
Now that the job is all complete I am sure we made the right decision .
A city inspector came by and even congratulate the company for the well and clean job completed .
I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond .

years of experience I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I have found such a story in the great service courtesy of Straightline Plumbing.
Over the last year several units in our condo complex in Clairemont suffered severe water damage because of deteriorating pipes. When we started hearing banging pipes Plumber Rich Albee came out and within one minute detected the problem...that the expanding pipes during the turning on of hot water were compressing against wooden beams. Our HOA corrected the problem within days.
We also had a great experience with Gabe Walisky in the Straightline office. This guy is so incredibly friendly and on top of things. We also learned he is a plumber himself with many years of experience.

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

Professional front office and friendly too. I had a number of different updates done on a 41 year old home I purchased. Over the past 15 months John Padilla plumbing team Matthew, David, Juan, Julio have come to help with a varity of updates such as Matthew restored the central heater and it has run great and problem free since the repairs,, Juan installed a new gas line allowing for a switch from all electric stove to gas. Big thumbs up! Very happy with this change. David updated all the angle stops. Woo hoo no more leaky valves. My water bill should reflect this improvement. Juan installed the new kitchen faucet. As you can tell a lot of work has been completed by the plumbing team at John Padilla. They always arrived on time, did excellent work and always answered all of my questions about their work and pointed out the problems they observed and recommended a reasonable approach to fixing the issue. Patient, thorough and great customer service. With covid precautions they always arrived in masks and kept their shoes coveted in protective booties while working in my house. I really appreciated their safety efforts.

Reliable prices.

We had a terrible experience using ACE contractors. We needed to have our water heater replaced and the plumber they sent out was incompetent and negligent. During the repair the plumber said that he had to leave to get a part, and my wife went to check on the progress of the work. To her horror my wife discovered that something had gone terribly wrong with the replacement of the water heater, as the floor to our garage was flooded in water. The plumber had never notified us that our garage was flooded. Many items in our garage became water damaged as a result. Our pool table, a ping pong table top, a book shelf, numerous books including my wife's yearbook from high school, artwork that my daughter had made and various other items were all water damaged. Not only did this plumber not tell us about what he caused, he also never even apologized for causing so much damage to our stuff. Long story short, do not use ACE contractors!

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!

One of your drivers needs some driving lessons. They sped up to cut me off to do an illegal turn and almost hit me on my motorcycle. When they could have just gotten behind me.
