They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a drain pipe that cracked, which required drywall to be removed. A very difficult job because we have custom crown molding and base board molding we didn’t want damaged. The guys that discovered our leak CPL (the best in town) recommended Rockstar Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier! They showed up when they said they would did it for the price quoted and they are great people! Simply put if you want the best in town call Francisco Alvarez (owner) of RockStar plumbing he is a hands on guy.

We had an intermittent water heating problems with our 14 yr. Old tankless water heater. After establishing with SDGE that we were getting appropriate gas to the unit, we called Blue Planet to perform an internal cleaning procedure recommended over the phone from the manufacturer. Our tech, Mike, was great! He patiently took apart the unit to get to the rods and burners that needed cleaning, gently cleaned each area and reassembled the unit. Mike is very experienced with tankless water heaters, and should this cleaning procedure not clear up this problem, we would have no worries about having Mike and Blue Planet install our new unit! After 14 years, we realize that may be the route we have to take. Thank you, Mike, and Blue Planet Drains and Plumbing. So far, we have plenty of hot water!

Tech was able to explain the exact problem and fixed it. Knowledgeable and professional. This was done on a Sunday morning.

Their office staff was very helpful in setting up a weekend appointment for a plumber to come in and help troubleshoot and clear a backed up drain line. The plumber Manuel was professional, completed the job in a very timely manner, and was able to give helpful advice on a couple additional projects we are needing help with.

I'm very grateful for SpeediRooter! They've been very helpful in the process of purchasing my new home - quoting me for work that needed to be done before purchasing - and making sure everything is working well from a plumbing perspective before we move in. Yesterday they installed a new T&P valve on our water heater to bring it up to code and they did very good work. The guys are always friendly, responsive and helpful and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.
