They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a drain pipe that cracked, which required drywall to be removed. A very difficult job because we have custom crown molding and base board molding we didn’t want damaged. The guys that discovered our leak CPL (the best in town) recommended Rockstar Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier! They showed up when they said they would did it for the price quoted and they are great people! Simply put if you want the best in town call Francisco Alvarez (owner) of RockStar plumbing he is a hands on guy.

Had a major, repetitive, plumbing issue, unsolved by others. This was dealt with in a focused, efficacious, and cost effective fashion by Manuel Jimenez from Blue Planet. Manuel stepped in, solved the issue, and left the area cleaner than before. Try these people. I think you will be very happy.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. We had a leak in the upstairs shower drain pipe that left water puddles in the downstairs kitchen. The Bill Howe Technician was excellent! He came out twice to help find the leak. All initial estimates and advice were no charge.When it came to making the repair, the Plumbing technician came on time and did a great job - very professionally done! He explained what he was doing and why along the way during the repair and came in under the estimate.There would be 5 stars given the quality of work, friendliness, and professionalism of the plumbing technician. However, I gave 4 stars because the Bill Howe price estimating and billing process is somewhat opaque. You get a total price estimate and number of hours expected to be charged - nothing for materials, just a total price. When the job was completed an hour under the hours estimate, the price came to only $100 less than the estimate - and still no materials itemization on the price.I think the price was mostly fair as near as I can tell given the up front work not charged. I would use Bill Howe again no doubt. But next time, I will ask for a better explanation of the estimate and the final price.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service, price, and product. The service was fast and professional; Jacob was fast in responding to all of our questions. The install was clean, fast, and met all of our needs. The price was below market; specially for this type of water system. Finally, the product was exactly what WE wanted (a professional 4 filter system including alkaline, and even included an unexpected moisture detection sensor with auto shut off).
