Bill Howe plumbing is great! Martin came in first for free estimate and did installation of water softener system and programming in my house. He was really kind and very professional. He explained every little detail about his work and water softener system maintenance.I was very pleased and satisfied with his work and his professionalism. I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice. He was a true professional from start of the project to finish. I am obsessed with my new sink and get so many compliments on it. I’ll definitely be calling Miguel back for future work I need done!

Armando is awesome. During our kitchen reno we found we had some plumbing that needed to be moved. Armando responded and scheduled our work very quickly. While he was here I mentioned a small issue in one of our bathrooms. He went out and purchased materials and was able to finish the entire job in a day. He also gave some recommendations for our sink before we had it installed. Not only is he very courteous and professional but also affordable. I've already provided his card to the rest of the tenants in our complex. I'll definitely be calling him again when we have our bathrooms done.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

Solid Plumbing came to install two toilets but I had a small opening between the sink and granite. More caulking between the sink and granite solve the small leak.

We recently had our bathroom sink partially fall through into the cabinet below. After a person could not come out to fix it I called John Padilla plumbing as I have seen their trucks many times around the complex where I live. David Acosta came out and did a no cost appraisal for a repair or the instal of a whole new sink. He thoroughly explained each scenario and which would be the best in his opinion with the long view in mind. I took time to weigh each option and when I decided and called them back Victor answered and was very helpful in scheduling David to come out and do the instal of a new sink. David told me about two to three hours for the job to be done, however he did it on less time than he said and it looks great and works even better. I would highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues. My top thing I would really like to thank John Padilla plumbing for would be the excellent communication and the timely manner in which David arrived for the estimate and completing the work.

Upon returning from our vacation, my wife and I discovered troubling signs of a water leak in our home. These guys from my initial phone call needing service were extremely courteous. The lady that first answered my call asked the same general questions as the first two places I called and then placed me on hold. I was on hold, maybe 30 to 45 seconds and she politely comes back on and asks if I would prefer her to call me back at the number I gave. Because she was trying to a time available for us but she didn’t want me unconvinced. She called me back within 15 mins for a next day (soonest available) appointment but the rates were the best so I took it. I got another call maybe two hours later and was asked if I wanted to be serviced same day due to cancellation and I jumped on it. (I didn’t even ask for that courtesy of being put on list) That was just there business. The men showed up on time, with a 20 min prior call notice, they were professional and knowledgeable about our old original pipes and shower, and were able to fix within an hour, while keeping us informed and asking and giving options(where they could). I TOTALLY recommend this place. They even cleaned up their mess and mess my hubby made when he originally tried to fix it😂
