They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Ray from BPI plumbing, came to our house at 1:00 am in the morning!!!! We had a blockage that created a real homeowner nightmare.. Both bathroom toilets, shower and tub. He explained what he was going to do, gave us a quote and went right to work. Ray was friendly, honest and courteous. I would recommend Ray, he did a great job!!!

Jacob had installed our instant hot water heater last year and after the house remodel came back to install the hot water return line. Although this was considered a small job by many, their quotes didn’t align with that. Jacob charged a fair price and performed exceptional work (rare find these days). Joe was detailed, professional and respectful in explaining to my 97 year old mother the process of hydro jetting..He and his assistant completed hydro jet process without any issue. However, when they used the snake in the bathroom plumbing, they encountered an issue that caused a small leak. He and his assistant worked laboriously without concern of their time as long as it get fix. So they fixed it with no extra cost!!! Truly, these guys are troopers!!!!Bless his heart, my mother was happy with the discount.
